Comitas Floramar Aparthotel - Cala Galdana (Menorca)

The fine sea views from our room were excellent.

I faced significant issues with the outdated facilities , especially for the price we paid. The locker system was frustrating and inconvenient, requiring extra trips to reception for assistance. Communication with the hotel staff was a hassle, leading to misplaced expectations about included meals.

I had a great breakfast with cheese.

Every visit to Cala Galdana we like to stay here. The tapas restaurant is pleasant.

The location is decent, but the outdated facilities are unacceptable for the price! I can't believe I had to ask for free breakfast after it was supposed to be included. What a hassle! I woudl have thought I'd get a welcome gift or something to make up for this, but of course not.

Room was spacious and the view was good of the pool and beach in the distance. Generally lovely place for the cost.

From skeptic to believer

The large living room and comfy kitchen. Staff were attentive, everything was perfect .

Although the view was lovely, the pool area was mostly shaded, making sunbathing a bit challenging.

Relaxed family atmosphere, helpful staff at reception with excellent recomendations for trips, freedom for kids to go off to use pool, games room, squash court and badminton court.

Balcony table too small for family of 4 to have dinner.

Our apartment overlooked a main road and the bins where emptied early in the morning. The Hotel needs a bit of updating as its a bit tired in the reception areas etc.,

Location in Cala Galdana, a lovely beach

The apartment cleaning is not done daily and it is not fixed in days or which the client has prior knowledge. We were informed that the cleaning would be done 5 days a week, but last week was cleaned only four times. There is only one employee to do the cleaning of all apartments, which removes the garbage, make the beds and put towels - bad hygiene! Poor soundproofing! We were woken up at night with the crying baby on the bellow apartment. Has Children's Playground but do not have staff to take care of the kids - must be a parent to supervise them. The pool has very little time in the sun and overlooks only for the apartments themselves. The apartments are spacious but has low light and some of them gives to the interior of the hotel. The staff has no autonomy or initiative to resolve any issues. There is daily entertainment for children and twice a week for adults, of a very weak and never starts on time. A disappointment! It has a two-star service! It´s not a hotel / Aparhotel four stars! I advise to not to make full payment of the holiday, in advance, since in case of failure of services by the hotel, do not return any value!
